Addiction and its' control

Many things in Life are addictive . Def. addictive - 1. something which when taken causes a reaction which is somehow rewarding and which the user wishes to take again . 2. add diction . To take some thing rewarding as a gift is good . To take something which causes grief is not good . To control our taking action I use the behaviour modifier of " intuition " . When I do not want to smoke excessively I get in to a hobby or occupation which I am truly committed to and fascinated by . I can do this occupation for about an hour and then I can smoke only one cigarette an hour and have a drink .

Bacteria and cleanliness ; Revised 2

Do not kill or antagonise your Bacteria . They are a part of you and me . In the mouth , Bacteria clean stains and keep your mouth healthy as well as the gut and lungs . Yes ! Bacteria keep you clean . Keep your mouth fresh with brushing and organic tooth paste and organic mouth wash .  As a suggestion , maybe try food essences or dilute fragrances to rinse or brush with . If brushing is too painful or messy , try massaging your teeth and gums with your finger .
